Jobs in Dallas Texas Created by Geico
One well-known company is planning to create several new jobs in Dallas Texas.
Geico recently announced its plan to hire 40 new workers at the company's operations center in Dallas by the end of 2009. The operations center in Dallas, which opened in 1986, now employs about 1,200 workers.
Current positions available include those for high school and college graduates, as well as those who have completed some college coursework and those who consider themselves to be experienced professionals. Geico provides paid training for entry level workers.

"We expect continued growth in 2010 and are looking for well-qualified associates who want to grow with GEICO and be part of our success. CollegeGrad.com and The Black Collegian have both named Geico a top employer for college graduates and the company has been mentioned in Princeton Review's "Best Entry-level Jobs" guidebook.

Geico is the third-largest private passenger auto insurer in the country. The company provides auto insurance coverage for 9 million policyholders and insures more than 16 million vehicles. In addition to auto insurance, Geico also offers customers insurance products for motorcycles, ATVs, boats, homes, apartments and mobile homes, as well as commercial auto insurance, personal umbrella protection and life insurance.
